HIS Project
Hope In Salento
HIS Project: Hope In Salento will be an ongoing love story where we will keep you updated with all our projects and progress in Salento, Puglia, Italy, as we build the blueprints given to us by The Lord.
HIS desire is for a Ministry Building to serve the local communities and a 24/7 Prayer and Worship House, open for anyone to come into HIS presence.
This is a long term project funded through donations, please keep checking for updates and news.
Both buildings and the land are in need of extensive repair with the larger villa possibly needing to be rebuilt.
A dream and a vision from The Lord included a pool for baptisms, after the death of Esta’s mum, Anita, we discovered plans she had drawn years earlier that no one had seen. We immediately saw The Lord’s hand and a confirmation of His plans. The pool was drawn exactly where The Lord had revealed it to us in the vision.
This was one of many beautiful confirmations from Jesus as He continued to answer prayers and lavish us in surprises.
Shortly after this plan was discovered, Esta undertook a project at work that involved garden plans and stumbled across pictures just like this - they were called Victory Gardens or War Gardens. These were garden plans drawn up during WWII for the war effort that intended to maximise production, planting and preservation.
We renamed the drawing Anita’s Victory Garden.
We pray it grows into a place The Holy Spirit comes and rests upon, victorious for HIS Kingdom, bringing Hope In Salento.
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
